Galway can be reached easily via the N4/M4 Dublin, N18 Limerick, M17 to Mayo/Sligo/Donegal and Cork & the south from the N7. Galway Train station has routes across the country to Dublin, Limerick, Sligo, Cork and Kerry.

Walnut panelling compliments sage stonework, whilst muted green and tawny brown seating and sunny orange carpets radiate warmth. The bar is locally known as ‘the meeting place of Galway’ and many settle to watch live sports or meet friends for a coffee and snack. The bar grill offers light snacks like home-made soup and salad, plus all-day breakfasts, sandwiches, steaks and fish dishes. Yummy sweet bites such as muffins and scones are also available. The carvery is available 7 days a week, serving succulent hot meals. Morning menu is available from 10:00 to 12:00. Bar food menu is available from 12:00 to 20:00. Carvery lunch is available from 12:00 to 16:00.
